What are you most grateful for?
My family, friends and the decision my parents made to move to the U.S from the Philippines when I was 7 years old. I wouldn't be where I am without the opportunities that this country has offered me. Being a young, female entrepreneur is unheard of in some places, but in the U.S., it's celebrated. I was in the right place at the right time.
What is your go to outfit?
Now that I'm a Mom, I don't have much time to get ready so a good pair of jeans, t shirt and comfortable shoes- kitten heel anything- and a good blazer with strong shoulders! I feel instantly put together without having to take much time to do so.
What are your favorite pieces from ERTH?
I love the signet rings, especially the ones with the signs on them. I'd love to wear my daughter's- she's an Aquarius.
How do you wear jewelry?
I LOVE jewelry and wear it every single day. I love layering simple gold necklaces during the work week and usually amp it up for night's out, events and the weekend. I have a great collection of vintage earrings that I treasure so much.I'm a firm believer that jewelry can make any outfit good to great.
Favorite quote, affirmation or words you live by?
Start with yourself first. Whether it's taking care of your needs first or knowing your worth and value at work and asking for a raise or simply, but most importantly, loving yourself, starting with yourself allows you to be a better everything-partner, friend, etc. and live a life that is honest.
Advice to your younger self?
Everything will be okay. When I was young, I didn't do a good job being present. I worried so much about the future and what other people were doing. I'd love to go back and tell my younger self that everything will turn out just okay and to be a bit more present and focus on yourself.
